Management
Aneesha Baniparsadh Aneesha hails from a family of transport in KZN where she assisted in managing a fleet of
57 buses belonging to her late dad, at a tender age of 10. This is evidential of the experience
& expertise that she possesses with regard to transport operations.
In 1989, Adheel Sands cc was formed together with her husband, Mr Jay Baniparsadh. He passed away in an accident in 1998.
Since the tradegy, Aneesha as a 100% member of Adheel Sands cc has managed and
controlled the operations.
Such a task required capability, dedication, tremendous effort and confidence due to the
fact that such an industry was purely male-dominated in South Africa in recent years.
It required her to sacrifice weekends together with her kids & staff in actively maintaining the fleet of
vehicles and ensuring that sufficient sand is mined and stockpiled at all times, to ensure
that supply meets demand and productivity is improved.
She has achieved her goal in bringing the business to a level where its growth has
increased tremendously since 1998.
Her achievements were recognized by the Business Women's Association of
South Africa during the years of 2004/2006/2016.
Apart from her hectic schedule, provision is made for charity activities such as feeding the
poor, street children and handicapped in various areas/schools in Durban.
